All I can tell you is that it is Ottoman, Turkey or Egypt, and probably late 19th century.

Here is a link to another thread that represents another very similar coin (about just less than 1/2 the diameter of the main larger coin of this tread: https://goccf.com/t/74907)

I found these in an old house together in the same wall panel behind a picture frame.

This smaller coin should hopefully assist to ID the larger coin.

When requestind an ID it is always helpful to provide the size of the coin, especially when much of the detail is gone. Based on what you said so far I believe it's Ottoman Turkey coin of Abdul Aziz, ascension year AH 1277, and I can see the reignal year 4, so it dates to 1864. From what I see I believe it's 40 para but to confirm it you should measure it. If I'm right the diameter must be 37-38 mm. Otherwise it's a smaller denomination.
