Need-Help-Id'ing-This-Arabic-Coin

I got this coin as change for a quarter. My Krause goes from 1900 to 2000 so I haven't been able to find this coin. I looked through Algeria, Iran, UAE, Kuwait, Pakistan... What is this coin? What is it worth?

Oman, KM 46a. 50 baisa, AH1417/1998, although Krause doesn't list 1417 as a coinage date so I couldn't say what you're dealing with here. Worth .60 in XF.

Minor correction. The date is AH 1418/1997, and that one is listed in Krause.
