I'm working on a set of 1882 coins and am on a very tight budget, so I jumped at the opportunity to grab this coin for $25 in poor condition. In the future I'll upgrade, but right now this'll have to do. What do you think of it and the price?

I have one of these also, in EF. One problem. It has a small hole at 12o'clock. Most unsatisfying.

Seems like a great price for an 1882 I would think that coin would trend for $50 minimum if the date is recognizable.

I'd be curious how that coin would look after some conservation... wear doesn't seem that heavy could just be buried in grime.
