Just found an 1904 Indian head penney encased in an aluminum good luck case. I've had it in storage since 1964.
My Uncle gave it to me then. Said when he was at the 1904 St Louis fair aka Lousiana Purchase Fair he had it done there.Said the penny was new at the time, supplied by the vendor of the good luck case.
Im not able to take a pic but theres a poor pic like it at this site
Any idea what its worth? No wear on coin,Uncirc

I'm sure you can get more then $1 for it...I would think closer to $5-$10 but still not enough to quit your job or anything.

Yeah, they made a whole bunch of them for the St. Louis world fair. just a note that you should never try to get the coin out of the encasing - it will damage the coin and will make it worth a whole lot less than it is still encased (which, as stated above, is probably $5-$10).
