Cannot really see it, but it is probably MD. Definitely not the big one.If the doubling you see is very flat...that is MD.

MD= Machine Doubling. Occurs when the coins shifts as it is being STAMPED (I can't think of the correct term- can someone help me out that?) MD has a flat image. Where as DD (doubled die) the doubled image is separated. Nice examples of DD is the 1955, 1969S, 1983P DDR (Doubled Die Reverse) Lincoln Cent. Also look at the 1982P DDO (Doubled Die Obverse. That one is not as extreme but it shows nice separation images in IN GOD WE TRUST. coppercoins.com has nice examples of these. I hope this helps.

Coins are struck, stamps are stamped. LOL

When what appears in hand if the doubling is minor, most of the time an image won't capture it. Sometimes it is just a lighting issue. When you turn the coin a partial turn it goes away. If it is really that minor, then it probably won't get listed and probably won't get a premium. With the arrows on the date and the mint mark in the same direction it is a sure indicator of a machine doubled example.
