Coin is about the size of a dime. It's gold. Has an image of a woman on the front with the words "United States of America." A stamped image of a dollar sign on the back. File size of pictures too large to post. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you.
It does not sound like a genuine coin. Only one US gold coin has ever been issued with a dollar sign, that is the 2007 $5 Jamestown commemorative but it does not feature a woman or USA on the obverse.
