I found this yesterday at the show. Since there is a documented 1901/1891, that's my guess since I cannot see the underlying 9. In many overdates, sometimes the previous date is only partially removed. Here, the underlying curves of the 8 are unmistakable. Nothing rare, but still a fun find.
I always shoot overdates under several lighting angles to bring out details.
