That packaging looks suspiciously close to ICCS, don't you think? Coat-tails at the very least.

Odd that "since 1985" I haven't heard of them.

I bought a couple of coins from this seller(without problem)before he became a basement slabber.
I think his use of holders which resemble those of ICCS,and his reference to ICCS in his titles is distasteful.I reported his listings to ebay a couple of times as misleading.Apparently ebay has no problem with these listings.He may well have been selling and grading coins since 1985 but I believe this CNCS garbage is quite recent.

I agree with DBM I think it is very distastefull the way this seller misuses the reputation of the ICCS for his own gain. I would not buy from this seller for that reason!
