What would be the GENERAL value on these? as a roll.
Are there exceptions? Like opening them up to see details of each?

Hello! I assume you mean US Wheat cents with possibly an Indian Head or two in there?

If you are unable to examine the individual coins, I would assume that they are all common dates and I would not offer more than abot two or three USD including shipping.

The common Wheat cent in circulated condition can be assumed to have a value of about Three Cents or so. A little bit more for common Indian Heads.
