In my most humble opinion, and I'm certainly no expert, I'd say VF30 to EF40 because of the wear on the face, leg, robe, and sash. The Obverse is in better shape but I don't think you'll be able to justify AU. I like to see what a few more graders have to say.

Great coin! I've loved them since a kid. There's just something about the Type 1 SLQs. My mom used to hide them from us kids and we could never use them to buy anything.
