Yes it looks like one, They are fairly easy to spot. The wide ones look almost round in profile. It is a little hard to see in such a small photo though.

The narrow ones also have bold versions to consider as well. If the ball end of the 9 ends where it almost touches upper section it is usually bold, if there is thin sides and the space between ball and upper section is large it is "normal" narrow 9. IMHO
