I knew I had seen something similar!
The reverse is slightly misaligned in your version. This is what we should be looking at:
I have outlined Poseidon and marked some of the "landmarks" on this fascinating reverse. You must forgive my ineptitude with Photoshop...
And (drum-roll) here is your coin identified:
PHOENICIA, Aradus. Circa second to first centuries BC. Bust of Tyche right, wearing turreted crown; palm behind / Poseidon seated left on prow of galley, holding wreath and trident with Athena left before, holding shield and spear;
Phoenicia pg. 37, 309; cf SNG Copenhagen 62.
