I hae a set of coins that commemorate the 20th Anniv of Apollo 11. These were issued & given to me in 1989 by my grandfather. I've included a scan of both coins & the COA that were with them. The only thing I know is they are 1oz .999 silver bullion from United States Smelting & Refining.

Any and all help as to more info on these & also an approximate value on these is greatly appreciated. Thanks for e1's help.

They are not coins because they were not issued by the US Mint or any government. What you have is a one ounce bullion round, currently worth about $28 each based on current silver spot price. The COA only lists them as "one ounce" but it does not specify what kind of ounce. Precious metals are weighed in troy ounces(31.1 grams) while the standard avoirdupois ounce in 28.4 grams so you may want to weigh them and confirm the exact amount of silver.
