There was a listing on ebay that I e-mailed the seller and made an offer on. I was turned down but decided to go ahead and pay the BIN price anyway.

When I logged back on a few minutes ago, they had raised the price by $15!

He probably figured his offers might go higher if he raised his price...too bad for you.

Try to give him another offer - at the originally posted price.

So far I've done "Make an Offer" only twice. Both were accepted.

First, for coins, asking price £25, agreed to pay £20 (face value £10) . Will post the pics when they arrive from UK.

Second, for a Lego set (), asking price $30, agreed to pay $25. No pending pics on that one!
