The bottom bands do not seem to be fully split from the pics. PCGS requires all four bands to be split and distinct.

The bottom bands look questionable but we need better images.

PLASTIC! It adds a "little" and forgives a "lot". Great quote from another chat room.Yea had my web designer here today and had her glass a real FB and this coin she got it right not FB not even close. Her comment was the parting line 60% not there

Shooting though plastic at the low resolution needed to download on this site is difficult. This was about 10 tries and I was not happy with the results .. Anyway sending the coin back and I am bummed this is a rare coin with only 23 pop in this PCGS grade..

Definetly not split bands. Cool and rare coin nonetheless. Are you thinking of selling it?

Just sent it back to seller on ebay. you could buy it from him I guess. look it up under completed listings and contact him. paid over $200 for it, as you will see on the auction. As I remember the date was a weak strike also.. Might go ms63 / 64 definably not a ms65.. but it is difficult to find correct grade pcgs coins I am finding.

What does the Strong mean? I understand the FB, but I haven't seen "strong" before.
