Review of bi-metallic coins of the Russian Federation. The 55th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945
 
The obverse:
in the center - the indication of the face value of the coin "10 Р�£'ЛЕЙ" (10 RUBLES). Inside of the figure "0" - hidden pictures of the figure "10" and of the inscription "Р�£'ЛЕЙ" (RUBLES) visible by turns only on changing the angle of vision. In the lower part of the disc - the mint trade mark. In the upper part of the ring -the inscription along the rim: "'АНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA), in the lower one - the date "2000", to the left and to the right - stylized twigs of plants going over to the disc.
The reverse:
the picture of a soldier and an outline of the five-pointed star going over from the disc to the ring. In the upper part of the ring - the inscription along the rim: "55 ЛЕТ �'ЕЛИКОЙ ПО'Е�"Ы" (55TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE GREAT VICTORY), in the lower one - the dates "1941" "1945".

The 60 th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 The obverse:
in the centre of the disc -- the indication of the face value of the coin «10 Р£'ЛЕЙ» (10 RUBLES). Inside of the figure «0» -- hidden pictures of the figure «10» and of the inscription «Р£'» (RUB) visible byturns only on changing the angle of vision. In the lower part of the disc -- the mint trade mark. In the upper part of the ring -- the inscription along the rim: «'АНК РОССИИ» (BANK OF RUSSIA), in the lower one -- the year of issue «2005», to the left and tothe right -- laurel and oak twigs going over to the disc.
The reverse:
on the disc -- the Eternal Flame in the form of the five-finger star in the framework of a ribbon imagingthe figure «60», at the bottom -- the dates «1941-1945». On the ring -- the inscription along the rim «НИКТО НЕ - А'ЫТ, НИЧТО НЕ - А'ЫТО» (NO ONE IS FORGOTTEN, NOTHING IS FORGOTTEN), at the bottom -- the picture of a laure ltwig.

The 40th Anniversary of the space flight of Yu. A. Gagarin The reverse:
in the center -- a picture of Yu.A. Gagarin wearing a space suit, under it -- the facsimile signature «"А"АРИН» (GAGARIN), in the upper part of the ring -- the inscription along the rim: «12 АПРЕЛЯ 1961 "О"А» (APRIL 12, 1961).

The Russian General Census  The reverse:
in the centre - the emblem of the General Census of the Population with the date "2010", on the ring - inscriptions along the rim, above: "РОССИИ 'А-ЕН КА-"ЫЙ" (EVERYBODY IS IMPORTANT FOR RUSSIA) , on bottom: "'СЕ-РОССИЙСКАЯ ПЕРЕПИСЬ НАСЕЛЕНИЯ" (THE RUSSIAN GENERAL CENSUS).

200th Anniversary of Founding the Ministries in Russia On September 8, 1802 Alexander I, the Emperor of the Russian Empire, issued the Manifesto according to which following ministries had been founded on the basis of the Administration of State Affairs: Military Land Forces, Naval Forces, Foreign Affairs, Justice, Internal Affairs, Finances, Commerce, Education. The Manifesto facilitated the formation of the Russian State and unified the system of the executive power bodies. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finances of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation are successors of the Ministries founded according to the Manifesto of Alexander I.

I like these coins. I got one in my change in Russia and it was worth nothing, but to buy them from a dealer they cost quite a bit. People were selling on the street that runs on the other side of the Kremlin from the river that they had got in their change too!

Wasn't there a 5 ruble coin issued in 1991/1992 by the Soviet Union?
And how are the circulation of these? Have they completely replaced the 10 ruble note?
