Could you guys tell me your opinion... it's not really a special coin, but I'm wondering how much the (a) scratch has an influence on the grading with coins. It would be much appreciated.

Speaking of American terms, it is About Uncirculated (AU) and grades around AU58
Speaking of British terms, this coin is Extra Fine with some lustre (EF).
UK grading terms is much stricter than the US terms.
However, this is only my opinion. The favourite saying goes "ask the grade of a single coin to five coin dealers, you'll get six different opinions". :)
