redlock Pillar of the Community Germany 992 Posts	Posted 12/12/2010 04:49 am I have a question about the regular/"normal" 50 Cents coins from 2006. (I am relatively new to Canadian coins). Is it true that the ones with the " RCM" mint-mark were only available through sets, while the ones with the "P" mark were (also) available in rolls? Report this Post to the Staff

DBM Pillar of the Community Canada 9864 Posts	Posted 12/12/2010 10:40 am I believe that coins with both RCM and P were available in sets,(in fact there was a set containing one of each)and that only the P were available in rolls.Neither were issued for circulation and are collector coins only.The last circulation 50cents were 2002 Report this Post to the Staff
EastVanRob Pillar of the Community Canada 617 Posts	Posted 12/12/2010 4:15 pm According to the 2011 Charlton, for the 2006 P, none were individually issued, 3,920 rolls were issued and 1,065 last day packages were issued. For the 2006 RCM logo, none were individually issued, and 1,065 first day packages were issued. According to the 2010 Charlton Volume Two, 93,361 2006P BU mint sets were issued, with no mention of 2006 RCM logo sets. Report this Post to the Staff
