Looks like a cleaned, re-toned AU with visible wear on the wreath and shield. I have three uncirculated IHC's with similar colorful toning that were rejected by ICG for cleaning.

I have to agree with Jaobler.
It's a cleaned AU coin. It's too bad they didn't just leave it alone.

Just out of curiosity... and I don't disagree, but what gives it away as being cleaned? The color? Or lack of luster in the first photograph? Because the coin does have some luster in hand, but I just can't capture luster properly in copper.

I would concur AU that has been dipped and retoned. Wear evident at many points.

The brown patina is not right in the first set of photos, that is a big indicator of a cleaning. The bright purplish fuchsia color in the second set of photos is not natural at all and is a color that typically develops on very reactive cleaned copper coins. The black specks on the coin are most likely from dip residue. Luster or lack thereof is not always an indicator of cleaning as a cleaning will not always completely destroy luster, it will still cling to the protected areas.
