To low of a grade for me, I would not step up for. They are some what common in lower grades. I was looking at one at a show 2 weeks ago in MS-63 and the guy whated 64 money so I passed.

Is the year on the second coin also 1890?

Maybe you should delete the first picture...(it may be a bit confusing to folks who may be able to give opinions). What opinions are you seeking (by the way).....grade, value, variety? Maybe the Grading forum might drum up more responses especially if you could conjure up an obverse picture of the same coin.

Well, not only did I not read the thread title, I failed to notice the tailbar....yeah, I'm an idiot, but based on what I've seen others sell for in about this condition, I'd say it might be worth about $90-$110.

A G6-ish Tailbar, in my opinion, would fall somewhere between Maineman750 and zeewool's estimates. Sold on ebay, probably more on the high side - a little north of $100 wouldn't shock me. It's a very popular, and very famous, variety.
