Not a 43 - that one's a parallel arrow feather, Reverse of 1878 coin. Your picture is a Reverse of 1879 with the angled top feather and protruding chest.

You're also a bit confused on the diagnostics. When talking abour the 'r' in Trust it's either "broken" or "unbroken". The '9' in the date is what is "open" or "closed". Here are pictures of a broken 'r' and open '9'.
