There's a very nice bump between VF and XF on this one. And even a nicer one from XF and AU.

Yes....this is another that I found in a bag from my dealer.

His prices have changed though...I'm now paying $.045 each when I buy 1000.

That's a NICE 1912 bro. Based on the pics, only the slightest trace of wear. In hand, it could be an MS coin.

Thad, the ding on the neck and the two on the shoulder (that do not show up in the photo) will keep this from getting close to MS. I either need a better camera, or a new hobby!

The dings are there...but I'm tickled that this is an AU coin all the same!

It's not the dings that drop it, it's the rub on the high points. MS coins get dinged up during manufacture, transport and bagging/rolling, etc.

Yeah, glad we got that straightened out. The difference between circulated and uncirculated is - well, wear. Not marks, etc.

This coin is AU55. Nice coin, very little wear, and a decent amount of luster.
