I recall some one saying these are collectible? The one I found is a rag. 1988A, not a web note. San Fran. district.

Depends on who you talk to I suppose. Zee made the point that Y block is no more rare than any other block for a series that goes that far (and is correct). I say they are harder to find because they are usually older notes, not the current series which most notes in circulation are due to the limited life span of paper currency (also correct). But we seem to all agree that they aren't valuable, just harder to find, so some people save them for that reason.
