I posted this several months ago when I first joined this forum and was learning to scan,,This came out of a proof set,a plastic foil flip pack,,my son got into it when he was about 2,,finger prints did all that damage,,someone said a while back they saw no sign of it being a proof coin,,the scans still look bad,,it is a very very nice coin in hand,,except the prints,,worth tryin to save,,does anyone believe this is a proof coin?

Yes looks like a toned 1954 Proof Franklin.

Not sure on the grade looks like it got smudged pretty bad but I don't think it has circulated and it doesn't seem to have many hairlines or dings.

Probably PR-63 or PR-64

Probably in the $32.00 to $38.00 range if it were mine.
