1999 Lincoln Side Stamp Error?

Hello, Noob here. It isn't a great photo only taking through a iphone, but maybe you guys can tell me if this is post mint, or error.

It is a 1999 D, the Lincoln Side seems to be stamped off, the reverse is errorless it seems, can get a photo up if needed.

Anything else let me know.

If the reverse is normal, then you have a MAD (Mis-Aligned Die).

It would only command a premium if some of the devices are cut off.

It does have a little cool factor, though.
