Is this a die crack? It isn't a scratch cause it's raised. Also I think there is a small die chip on the 6th stripe on the shield, it's at the top right corner of the stripe. Any help is greatly appreciated, :).

Looks like one to me. First one of these I've seen. Still worth what it says on the reverse in BIG letters.
