Is there any Tell Tail Signs on the front or back that would tell me the Last Digit? Or even if this is in the teens? I think in the scans I see an 8 as the ending digit but could be my eyes! Try to get some better pics, or send it to a TPG. They'll give you a definite answer, or send it back. Report this Post to the Staff

The top of the third digit and the proximity of it to the fourth indicates it is a 1. The top of the fourth digit is not high enough for it to be a 1916D and too high to be a 1918D The middle of the last digit is too close to the third digit for it to be a 1917D Report this Post to the Staff
