If I had to guess, it looks to me like "el-Malik el-Muminin" on the bottom line inside the square, and perhaps either "70" or "700" as part of the date, over on the right side margin. Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S.
