The mint will release the Clad Proof Set on January 11, the Silver Proof Set on January 25, and the Uncirculated Set on February 8. If the Uncirculated Set contains circulation strikes, this will totally blow any introduction firsts for the dollars and quarters by giving us all of them in February. If they are special brilliant coins, I would like to know how we are going to distinguish them from high quality circulation strikes if they lack the satin finish.

Now that the satin finish is done, I would hope that they cease the special minting process the satin finish coins used. It is definitely something to be concerned about if one wants to be certain to have a true business strike.
