Reverse has a couple hits too note the three marks under "LL". Solid 63 even 63+ but doubt it could get a 64; TPG's are tough on Peace dollars lots of heartbreak for submitters.

Very nice looking coin, I would agree with MS-63 due to the marks on the obverse and staining.
