Looks like a flatly struck MS64. With a better strike you'd have a good shot at 65.

If fully struck I would say 64+/65. 63+/64 sounds about right with the weak strike.

I would agree with others, this coin, while exhibits original mint luster, MS63+.

The strike is not ALL it could be.........

IHMO I'd go lower; MS62. I'd have to see the coin though. Can't really tell by the pics. BINE!

I don't see any signs of wear from the pictures, so I would agree that it's a weak strike and would grade it at MS-63.

while 89P is not know for weak strikes.. it could be a weak strike.. I would venture and AU 58 slider
