My Album has the coins toning. Do I need to remove the coins that haven't toned and get another album?

it must be how you are storing the albums because I have had my coins in a dansco album for awhile and do not see any toning on any of the coins

Well I am keeping them in an Air tight bag now. Will that stop the toning?

Maybe. Might depend on if you sealed the bag, was there some air left in the bag, How often you open that bag.
Normally that should stop the toning though. No air, no moisture, no toning.
