Unidentified-Arabic-Coin

Anyone have idea what this is? On the obverse it has a toughra with a date of 1306 (no regnal year so guess it's not Turkish sphere). The reverse has the number 10 in a circle. It is copper, measures 24.1mm and weighs 5.30 grams.
