After they had sold a number of these they received a seise and desist from the mint and they stopped colourizing them. I believe the second coin was sent to England for the colouring. PAD printing is post manufacturing printing process traditionally used on plastic and so-on. The two coins Bryan posted are the first RAM coins to use this process. Report this Post to the Staff
