I have seen DD before in these coins--there are pictures somewhere on this forum. In this case, the photos are too pixelated for me to tell. If you can see notching or separation between the doubling such as at serifs and corners of letters--
Die Doubling is farly common on the Third Reich silver's; some mints are more common than others... If fact I've seen examples of 'tripling' on Karlsruhe (G) pieces like yours...
