If your referring to the spots they are called Milk Spots and can not be removed. They are caused by the rinsing process at the mint.

Those are the ones..

Thank you, I was hoping it was not something I had done, removing or storing them. What is the best process to remove them?

Thanks
Kevin

As was stated they most likely will not come off, they are the result of a bad final rinse at the mint, This set should have been returned.
