I don't understand exactly what you're saying. Is it fishy because it starts at .99 and with no reserve? Auctions like this are pretty frequent in my experience. It will not stay that cheap over the next three days I figure.

ok so you hope you can get it but you say it seems fishy? I don't understand the reasoning behind you wanting a coin and then bringing it to everyones attention so if they want it they can bid against you. But as far as the auction goes, I start all my auctions out at 99¢ whether its a $40.00 coin or a $2,000.00 coin so nothing wrong with a 99¢ no reserve auction or nothing fishy about it either, allot of people does this and usually net more profit than they would with a BIN of the actual worth of the coin

I agree with Bryan1315.....in my experience with ebay over the years with different items is that low start NR auctions tend to have more action. Just look at the number of bids. It's the auction fever that gets us. That competitive nature that drives us to "win". Most of the time I am really good at setting the top price I will pay at auction ( ebay or a live cattle or antique auction) and not going over that.....especially if I have time to think about it, which is not always the case in a live auction. BTW BRYAN, how much snow have you gotten so far in NC? About 9 inches here so far but the electricity is still on

Don't see anything "fishy" at all...PCGS coin..7 day return policy...100% positive feedback...and a true auction.

Sort of like telling everyone about a stock that is cheap and could go sky rocketing up. Or advertising a race horse that is sure to win and then placing a bet on it. The more adds about a subject, the more people see it and the higher the price goes, usually.

............ The only thing I see here is a " Slabbed" Uncirculated Kennedy Denver half....MS-66. Nothing special really here at all. Not Silver of course. And since I don't collect "slabs"...... I'd pay about $1.40 for this.....

I am quite certain he was joking. At least it made me giggle. But to answer your original question, nothing at all. The one in the auction, however, is PCGS MS-66. For some that would be special. For me, like Eaglefoot, not so much.

yeah I'm not interested in it, either. I personally find the kennedies a bit boring. ms60+ doesn't help it much heh.
