OK, here's how it's going to work.

I have enough donated shots - over 200 as we speak(!) - to start throwing stuff out there for grading. I'm sifting through them looking for nice examples with no "major" grade-affecting features. I'm going to start a thread for each coin, maybe one per day but no more than that, entitled Grade This: XXX Morgan where "XXX" is my rough guess at grade. Maybe I'll throw two worthy examples into one thread and we can compare. We can chew on each coin a bit, and if we seem to have a nice consensus on grade and worthiness for the set, it'll become part of the Grading Set. I'll work up a page where these will get parked as we choose them, and that way we can re-address individual coins later if we come up with something we like better for the grade.

Look for the first one Monday. We'll start at the bottom.
