This is just to announce that my gallery is up with my entire Ancient Judaea coin collection. These bronzes are definitely not the most attractive when it comes to ancient bronzes in general, buy they are largely very nice examples for their various types.

Not a bad set there, Prethen. Better than mine - my grand total for ancient Judaean is three small bronzes: an Alexander Jannaeus anchor type, a simpulum-type of Tiberius/Pilate dated year 16 (~30 AD) and a crossed shields of Nero/Felix with a large piece missing.

I'm getting sucked into this enough that I'm now aiming to own at least 1 coin from every ruler and procurator and revolt. Thanks for looking. I'm looking for a Pontius Pilate coin; I want the one with the augur wand, but a nicely detailed one.
