I have run across some coins marked N C C S with a label listing the description of the coin, the grade, and a serial #. Has anyone heard of this grading company?

I have heard of it from ebay but never anywhere else. From what I can tell they overgrade their coins by atleast 2 points and some of the Key Dates are graded a further spectrum than that, so its a definately buy the coin and not the slab on this one. if the ebay seller doesn't have good enough pictures to grade by email him and ask for better, if no responce back, no bid. Another thing is to be sure they have a return policy, if its not listed in the auction ask in the email as well that way if it is a problem coin (cleaned, scratched, etched, or any other problems that would keep it out of a PCGS,NGC slab) you can send it back and wont just get stuck with the coin
Rest in Peace

At the moment, best I can tell, there's nine NCCS slabbed coins, all Morgans, on ebay. The pictures are so poor that I can't view the qualities of the coins. One example:

http://cgi.ebay.com/1881-S-Morgan-S...64_W0QQitemZ120030097733

They're all being offered by the same seller who has zero feedback.

I couldn't find anything about NCCS on a Google, i.e., no website. We may presume it's another homebrew basement overgrading company set up for ebay sales. We don't have enough data to determine who runs and sells NCCS coins.

One to stay away from.

now that I looked at the auctions I think I may have been thinking of another "company" thought maybe it was NANCS but it isn't that either but the one I was thinking of atleast the plastic and labels looks professional but they still overgrade like I said before. Now about this NCCS I have no idea about them, sorry for the confusion
Rest in Peace
