I found this Walker in a roll of solid 90% silver halves, that I bought from a teller for $100. I'm sure she would have sold the roll for less, (I bought the roll last year). I'm just trying out my new Canon, and have been taking pics like crazy!

Nice find fistfull! And very nice pics! One question though....if you bought the roll from a teller... shouldnt it be 10 dollars?...not one hundred!!

Lincoln, the roll was not a bank roll, but her private "stash", from home. I did buy the roll at the bank. That particular teller is no longer employed there btw, unrelated to our coin transaction.
Hey, those tellers even do Craigslist deals in the parking lot!

you doubled your money the day you bought the roll and silver has doubled again since then.....sweet deal!

That is a nice example of the '39d, as stated before probably worth
close to what you paid for the entire roll.
I'm just getting in to these so I'm kind of jealous.

SD, the roll was half Franklins, half walkers.
