Is it one of those satirical game counters? Instead of "ROY DEI GRATIA" it says "ROY DEIRANGE" (deranged king?).

What's on the other side?

It's a French jetton, not aware of a complete catalogue for these.
I think it says LOUIS LEGRA ROY DEFRANCE.

Agreed, and "LEGRA:" will be short for "Le Grand" (the Great). "Roy de France" means, surprise, King of France.
