the image posted is the mint mark only on a 1969S. it dosent match any listed RPM's at coppercoins site, but it seems there are may that ore still not listed. I was wondering if anyone else ti\hinks this is a RPM, or some other devious occurance. just sharing - thanks.

I would say no. Looks like another damaged punch for the mint mark. The two hits on the mint mark would destroy the value for this one anyway. What does the top of the devices look like? Does it have the same mark on them that the cent part of the mint mark has? Then it would be Machine Doubling.

I don't think it is a damaged punch, I think the damage is on the coin.

The damaged punch area is above the bottom serif are to the cent of the mint mark area. Seems like this area is affected often.
