i bought a candy bar and got 2 quarters and a nickel I change. as always I look at the coins to check for silver, oldies, errors, ect.


this reverse of a quarter faced me and I thought "oh! nice struck through grea- wait- whats on the other side?"

I-Just-Came-Home-From-Publix...

Cool find. I guess it was worth a quarter at Publix. I would say it is worth a little more now!!!

Quarters with Cuds are much scarcer than nickels and cents. That's a biggin!
My guess and that's all it is, it might be worth $30.00.

thanks everyone!

I'm so surprised that is actually got to me, I'm upset that the date isn't there because I'm trying to make a 1983 Cud set(i have a cent that I found a in circulation and nickel that I found roll searching) but I may just make it a Penny, nickel, dime, quarter, and half set without certain dates

Adam, if you can post some larger pics I might be able to narrow it down to a date range. Very nice Cud, it would be worth more if the date was there but with one that big you can't be too picky
