1928B & C $5 Unitd States Notes

Hello everyone, I am just starting to get in collecting United States notes and I would like some advice on the 2 uncirculated notes below. The seller is offering the 1928B for $75 & the 1928C for $60
As you will see, the '28B looks pretty good, but is way off center. The 1928C is well-centered, but has some minor folds on the lower right corner and some minor margin imperfections.
Is the price that I am being offered for these reasonable, or should I keep looking. Thanks for any input.

I recently got a 1928C from the coinshop for $8. it was circulated. not bad though
