I don't know much about or pay much attention to plate numbers other than looking for web notes, but I was wondering if there are any plate numbers that people collect or that any of them add a value? I noticed a few bills today with a "1" plate number. I've probably come across them before and seeing as they are the first plate I assume they aren't rare? But like I said it's just not something I ever paid attention to before so was looking for some info on the subject.

I don't collect American bank notes, but in Canada plate numbers add absolutely no value to notes.
