It is 43mm. I have "googled" Pulleng to no avail. I assume it is English, but maybe Irish? Any idea of value, designer, mint? Moved to Medals forum - Sap Report this Post to the Staff

It's definitely English (RHS is the Royal Horticultural Society under the patronage of the Royal Family). Perhaps the Ministry of Labour had a lot of members of the RHS and so had their own branch?
