The figure on the reverse appears to be holding a cornucopia in the left hand.

Forgive my lack of knowledge ... I know zero, nothing, nada about these coins ... but my eyes do still work and in that spirit ...

I suggest that the OP coin photos are nowhere close to the photos shown by tOrres ...

I could detail many differences that my eyes see .... but for simplicity take a look at the look at the left hand of the figure on the reverse ...

The OP coin has a figure with arm bent down at 45 degrees holding 'something' under the hand ...

tOrres photo has the figure with arm bent 90 degrees at the elbow and horizontal ... holding 'something' above the palm of the hand.

Not the same coin and I suggest the OP question remains to be answered.

Quite true. The coin in the OP is another Bulgarina provincial, from the city of Marcianopolis - the reverse inscription names the city, MARKIANOPOLITWN in Greek lettering.

On the obverse I can read ...KM AVRE ANTWN... - the best fit for this is emperor Elagabalus. This Wildwinds example is something like the same reverse type, though the spacing of the lettering on the obverse is not the same.
