I think it is Constans. Any idea what the reverse represents?

I think its 'Captives beneath staff or standard' (two kneeling, facing outwards from staff) but the inscription is not the most common 'virtus ...' type.

I think I can read 'MAX PO' on the reverse.

It's not Constans - it's much earlier, a denarius of Caracalla. Wildwinds example. It's also supposed to be silver, which this coin does not appear to be. It may be a contemporary (ancient) counterfeit.
