My local coin shop got in my 1994 matte proof Jefferson nickels today

I had them send in three nickels, one of them had a small nick the
other two look really nice. So we were thinking maybe two SP69 and a SP68. But hoping for a SP70.

The one with the nick on it came back a SP69 and the two nice ones came back SP68. This is the first time I have sent coins in for grading. So I guess the question is.

Does NGC ever make mistakes like this .. if it is a mistake.
If it is a mistake, is there a way to get it corrected?

I gave one of the nickels to my dealer, (he paid for the grading)
I still have the SP69 and one of the SP68's. I will try to take some pics of them tonight.

Here is my best try at picture. I had trouble taking picture through the slab, I think it picks up some marks that are on the slab.

The SP69 is first. Hard to see the ding is on the triangle of the front porch. On the left side of the triangle.

Sure they do.

Sure, you can send it back in for a grade review, or you can send it back in to be graded again. Either way you pay for the second grading, but if you send it for review and the agree they misgraded it the first time you get your grading fee back. If they don't change their mind then they keep the grading fee and send it back. Either way you still pay insurance and shipping both ways again.
